    The third month of the year is the month in which Gender Equality and Inclusivity is greatly commemorated. The theme "WE for Gender Equality and an Inclusive Society" is a reminder of the fact that having a just and equal society in today's world is the same as having peace among all because it is an effort made by not only one person but by all. So in order to achieve this theme, we must assume that gender equality is for every person who enjoys the same right regardless of being male or female. We need to assume that in order for them to attain gender equality, they should be provided with equity in all possible opportunities and treatments there are in life whether these are in studies, health, employment, or society. WE need a society where everyone would feel secure and liberated. It is vital to me as a student because gender equality and inclusiveness must be understood and learned better when one is younger so that they can practice it as they mature.

    It is vital to an equal society where opportunities are distributed equally in that everyone can have something to offer in terms of a brighter and innovative future. And in order to be able to end discrimination, either due to their gender or race, we need to develop a society that is inclusive in nature so that their potential is not capped to form a progressive society for all. And to help make the change, we students can do tiny things which would amount to much to everyone like showing respect towards each other, demolishing gender stigmas, being well-informed regarding simple facts which amount to much particular gender equality and motivating one another for given opportunities. In doing this, we can establish a good atmosphere on gender equality and inclusive society.
